Tucson – Congressman Raúl M. Grijalva (D-AZ) today congratulated three students from Flowing Wells High School for receiving appointments to military service academies. Reed B. Harlow received an appointment to the United States Military Academy at West Point. Anthony G. Iannacone received an appointment to the United States Naval Academy. Sierra Rodriquez received an appointment to the United States Air Force Academy. Grijalva’s Congressional staff presented all three appointees with Certificates of Congressional Recognition today during a school assemblytoday. Rep. Grijalva released the following statement:

“I’m thrilled to see three of our community’s finest rising leaders receiving appointments to U.S. military academies,” Rep. Grijalva said. “These appointments are a testament to the strong work ethic and tremendous drive that Reed, Anthony and Sierra have demonstrated in pursuing their dreams. I wish them all the best in their service, and look forward to their continued rise.”
