Grijalva Will Hold Federal Grants Workshop in Tucson August 31 to Help Small Businesses, Non-Profits Navigate Application Process

Tucson, Ariz. – Rep. Raúl M. Grijalva will hold a federal grants workshop Wednesday, Aug. 31 at 525 N. Bonita Ave. in Tucson from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event will include guest speakers from several federal agencies to explain the grants they offer small business and non-profit applicants, as well as more hands-on breakout sessions.

The event is free and interest is expected to be high, so attendees are encouraged to RSVP through the Tucson district office at (520) 622-6788.

A grants specialist from the University of Arizona will give a brief overview of best practices for grant proposal success.
