Washington, D.C. – Rep. Raúl M. Grijalva will deliver remarks during a special Library of Congress panel as part of the second annual Teacher Day UA to kick off National Teacher Appreciation Week on Saturday, April 28. Grijalva will deliver brief remarks and introduce other highlighted speakers at noon in the Kiva Auditorium in the UA Education Building.
The event, which Grijalva’s office arranged, will feature an explanation of resources the Library of Congress offers educational institutions. The event is part of the larger Teacher Day program, which begins at 10:00 a.m. on the UA Mall.
