WASHINGTON, DC – Yesterday, Rep. Raúl M. Grijalva spoke on the House floor in opposition to anti-immigrant legislation that criminalizes immigrants, fails to protect Dreamers, funds a border wall, and militarizes border communities. The Goodlatte/McSally bill failed to pass the House earlier in the day, and House Republicans seemingly failed to garner enough support for the Ryan ‘compromise’ bill and postponed the vote to next week.
