TUCSON – Congressman Raúl M. Grijalva (D-AZ) released the following statement today congratulating Pima County Juvenile Court on receiving and annual award of $324,736 for the next three years from the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment to help fund the Pima County Family Drug Court.

“Congratulations to Pima County Juvenile Court on this tremendous achievement,” Rep. Grijalva said. “Substance abuse treatment is a truly worthy cause for these funds, especially when it impacts the lives of children and the cohesion of families. The Family Drug Court is a leading model for addressing these challenges through evidence-based practices and peer learning. I look forward to their continued positive impact on the Tucson community as a result of this well-deserved award.”
